Prepping PDFs: Set Initial Zoom Level, Reducing File Size and Cropping

PDFs are one of the main ways that we communicate our ideas with clients. This tutorial will show some good practices to put your best face forward when sending a PDF including:

  • Setting the initial view zoom level so that the client will see the entire layout without having to adjust it adjustment
  • Reduce file size to make your PDF easier to email
  • Duplicating and Cropping Pages
